At Purist, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality fragrances. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and request refunds in compliance with UAE laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 48 Hrs of receiving your order if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Sample or tester products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as clearance sale.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service at "support@puristperfume.com" within 48 hrs of receipt.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will guide you on how to return the product.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over AED 500.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged fragrance, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
